Parners Img

My partners and I have come together to create a federation of like-minded professional services businesses focused on all aspects of human capital development and acquisition.

We have done this because we believe that organizations that have needs relating to the acquisition and development of talent and human resources consulting can, and deserve, to be better served. We note that the larger firms have over the years shifted their focus to their stock market performance or to the preservation of status quo in their partnerships rather than to the original, essential, and all-consuming preoccupation, of serving clients.

How does our model allow us to do something different?

By putting entrepreneurship, collaboration and ethics at the heart of what we do: entrepreneurship in the sense that each of our partner firms is a separate and independent P&L and lives by its performance to clients; collaboration to offer a better range of solutions to our clients and bring to bear international access and perspectives when required by our clients; ethics because they are today more important than ever – we live in a world which has suffered the devastating consequences of imperfect and zero sum business relationships and our Federation has as its core, the old fashioned principle, of doing what is in our client’s best interests at all times. We look forward to working with you and exploring ways in which we can collaborate.

On behalf of Partners to Leaders

Metin Mitchell
Chairman

Who we are and what we stand for

We are a federation of wholly-owned, successful leading executive search firms who have built a reputation as national and regional leaders and gained outstanding recognition for quality of delivery, client dedication, market knowledge and in-depth experience.

We own our businesses and act and behave as true entrepreneurs, independent from any “global business model” or worldwide service level agreements, and without bureaucratic burdens and boundaries.

Mission statement

We provide bespoke, tailor-made strategic HR solutions and advice to progressive companies and organizations, building on true partnership and a unique blend of experience and knowledge, local and global.

How we differentiate from other search firms

We are business leaders.

We are all leaders in executive recruitment and development. We are committed to offer unlimited access to the best strategic HR solutions, combining local expertise with global reach. All our members have built a reputation of excellence and are recognized as leading actors in their local and regional economies. We are true leaders and innovators of the industry, continuously developing new concepts and ideas.

We have a common history of success.

We have known each other and worked together for many years, thus work in confidence and trust.

We are independent.

We are independent and accountable only to our clients and partners. We are a federation of individual businesses and don’t follow the rules of the capital market. We are not bound to “shareholder value” considerations, and believe in the long term commitment as opposed to quarterly profit. Our independence is the guarantee for unbiased advice and the avoidance of conflicts of interest.

We are entrepreneurs.

We own our businesses and act as true entrepreneurs. Our operations are lean and cost-efficient.

We know the market.

We deliver unbiased access to leadership talent through deep market knowledge and competitive intelligence. With expert insight into and deep understanding of the markets, we provide educated advice and a comprehensive yet focused process.

Our clients benefit from local knowledge and global expertise and have access to a worldwide talent pool.

We invest in people.

In a world where people make the difference, the development of skills and competencies is absolutely critical. Thus, we are committed to invest into the future by offering continuous educational and development programs to our teams.

We value our clients.

We cater to the specific needs of our clients.

Companies and organizations, large and small, are different in kind and nature, they look and act differently from each other. Each client’s position and situation is in the center of our attention, irrespective of global standard or accounting guidelines, pricing systems or hierarchies.

We are passionate about excellence.

We share a passion for excellence and always operate with transparency, honesty and integrity. We commit to highest standards and focus all our efforts on quality-driven and efficient delivery processes. We care for our clients and act as their trusted advisors. Long-term partnerships are more important than short term gains, and sustainable cooperation is built on confidence and trust.

We set the standards.

We guarantee highest quality of delivery and the respect of highest professional and ethical standards.
