For board and executive search mandates, we establish an initial retainer fee that is based on the estimated work to be done. And, unlike other executive recruitment firms, we do not have a conflict of interest when we negotiate compensation for candidates because our fee is completely unrelated. When conducting consulting mandates, we define an initial fee with you, and you only pay for the amount of work delivered. We document the work for each mandate and we keep a register, so we can provide evidence at all times. As our partner, you are always fully in control of your cost structure.
